William Prusin, BSc, DDS, FADSA, FRCD(C)

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr. Prusin is a 1960 graduate of the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry. He also has a Bachelor or Science from the University of Illinois. He received his specialty residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Kings County Hospital in New York and Boston University Medical School, Department of Stomatology. He was a consultant in the US Army 1963 -1965 NATO forces and was the European MASH Unit Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He practiced in Boston until 1968.

He has practiced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Canada since 1968 and is on active staff at Rouge Valley Health Centre – Centenary Site.

He has fellowships in: International College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Canada, Amercian Dental Society of Anaesthesiology, Academy of Osseointegration, Amercian Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and National Dental Board of Anaesthesiology.

He currently practices in Scarborough. He previously had multiple Toronto area hospital appointments and offices in Downtown Toronto and North York.
